Abstract

The scientific paper presents an experimental research focused in final on the obtained experimental data processing. We can talk about modeling and subsequent about the optimization of the process parameters considering the actual situation. Modeling and optimization process presented can lead to increased quality of the processed surface, to an increase in productivity and a decrease in volume wear of the transfer object used. Electric erosion is one of the most wide spread methods of processing the metal materials nowadays. It is further presented a real experiment for the modeling of the most important technological parameters for dimensional processing through electric erosion with and without exterior activation
